From Worksite to Groundbreaking Ceremony Stage

The images show machinery on a worksite, an arrival area and a stage decorated in red and white. Attendees appear arriving at the event area and posing in group photographs; the stage includes a ceremonial table with offerings and a lion-dance performance. The images do not confirm the organization, date, location or a soil-turning ritual.
