Ceremony Grounds and Launch Ritual

The frames show the ceremony grounds, with a welcome arch and red-carpet walkway, tented seating, a flower-decorated stage and an offering table. Some images show people preparing items at the event area and a lion-dance performance beneath the arch. The location, organizer and date are not stated because they have not been verified.
